EVENT 1 City of Edmonton Timed Auction

At the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidders will be emailed their auction invoice along with a wire/e-transfer form to the email address on their Online Bidding account. Please check your spam and junk email folders. All purchases of $1,000.00 or below will be automatically processed on the buyer’s credit card commencing on Friday July 16th at 4:00 PM unless prior arrangements were made. You may attend the auction site on Wednesday, July 14th to pick up your purchased items.

 

EVENT 2 Collector Coin & Bill TIMED Auction

At the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidders will be emailed their auction invoice along with a wire/e-transfer form to the email address on their Online Bidding account. Please check your spam and junk email folders. All purchases of $1,000.00 or below will be automatically processed on the buyer’s credit card commencing on Friday July 16th at 4:00 PM unless prior arrangements were made. All Collector auction items will be ready for pick up no sooner than Friday, July 16th. You may attend the auction site on Friday, July 16th to pick up your purchased items and/or make arrangements for third party couriers to ship your purchases.

You may attend the auction site on Wednesday, July 14th to pick up your purchased items. All Timed Auction buyers first and last name will be provided to the City of Edmonton as part of a contractual term. This is for internal purposes and the information will not be released to any 3rd party in accordance with FOIPPA (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act) City of Edmonton, Theft Recovery Bicycles. If you notice that a bicycle you had lost or was stolen is being offered for sale and you would like to redeem or recover the bicycle you must have the following two items in order to do so: An Edmonton Police Service witness / complaint statement that are dated May 15th 2021 or before. EPS file number must be legible on the witness / complaint form and it must have the serial number of the bicycle that was lost or stolen. If both of these requirements are able to be met then please contact Andrew McEown at Michener Allen Auctioneering Ltd at 780.470.5584 prior to 1:00 PM Tuesday, July 13th for assistance on the next steps in recovering your property. If both of these conditions cannot be met, then the bike(s) in question will be sold with proceeds being sent to the City of Edmonton.
